Dear Laura, Anna & Jason,
I can’t thank you enough for everything you did to make our party so awesome. Sensation Band literally made the party. I knew that for a real party I had to get the music totally right, and I can now say hand on heart that there cannot be a better band out there. Every individual in the band possesses talent beyond what we could’ve ever imagined – I can’t quite believe the line-up you put together with guys from Basement Jaxx, Sigma, Rizzle Kicks, Mark Ronson, Blur – the vibe was totally intoxicating and the music was mind blowing.
On top of that Anna & Laura were so incredibly lovely and easy to deal with in the run up and you really went way beyond all our expectations with how professional you are – it gave us great confidence that everything would be perfect on the night – which of course it was. Every detail seems to be have been thought of to effortlessly pull off party perfection even down to everyone looking great in the outfits on stage. This is no ordinary band in any way!
Thansk again for the James Bond songs as guests entered – they were amazing. Literally every person commented how incredible the band were or asked how to get in touch!
Cannot wait to book you again next year.

We didn’t realise Nate was famous, but a few guests did! Simon said you get what you pay for, they were fantastic! Everyone has commented on them and I think they made the wedding.

We hope you’re well! We’ve been meaning to get in touch sooner to say how much we loved the wedding, but it’s been surprisingly busy since last Sunday!
Everything looked and sounded amazing! So many people, both on the day and since, have asked us for the name of the band and commented on how great the room looked. We wouldn’t have changed anything about the day (maybe I would have had a haircut or given myself more time to write the speech), especially in terms of production and music, and we are extremely grateful for all the effort you, Jason, Laura, and all the team put in to help make it an even more special day for us.

Sensation Band Says: This wedding took place at the elegant Savoy Hotel on the Strand, London. The multi-faith Greek/Jewish ceremony was stunning accompanied by Sensation Band’s String Quartet.
Guests went through to a reception with Sensation Band’s amazing jazz duo on a grand Piano with Double Bass
The party continued with a 16 Piece Band, including a 6 piece string section.
Sensation Band provided their awesome Greek Wedding Set with a further 2 x Bouzoukis, additional keys and our Greek Singers.

About the Party: We were delighted to be invited to fly our 16 piece function band over to Venice from London to play for an international crowd of over 450 guests. Set in a stunning venue on a huge scale, the room was designed elegantly with incredible attention to detail resulting in a decadent party atmosphere.
The 16 piece band consisted of Keys, Guitar, percussion, Trumpet, Sax, Trombone, 2 x Violins, Viola, Cello, 5 of our World Class singers and our London based Rap star.
We provided entertainment throughout the evening, starting with our acclaimed string quartet playing stunning string arrangements of modern classics as guests arrived to the drinks reception.
Then the full band assembled on stage to welcome guests as they entered, provide fanfare for the bride & groom, then a high energy dance set to kick things off.
We provided lounge entertainment and sporadic dancing throughout the dinner to keep everyone totally energised.
We finished up with an epic dance set covering immense tracks of all eras including treating guests to our incredible unique hip-hop / rap medley with live strings.

I’m sorry its taken me so long to email, we only just got back from our honeymoon at the weekend and its taking me a while to sort through everything!

Carly & Joel went all out with the Sensation Band 19 piece Band at the Super-Classy & Cool Rosewood Hotel in London. To add some real depth and energy to the music they opted to add a 6 piece string section consisting of Viola, Cello, and 4 Violins. The String section were there to entertain at the reception with their stunning repertoire of contemporary songs arranged for strings.
Guests were then wowed by a full 19 piece band with each song lovingly and beautifully arranged to perfection. The rest of the lineup consisted of Percussion, Keys, Guitar, Sax, Trumpet, Trombone, 4 of our most outstanding female singers, 2 males singers and our world famous rapper.

Sensation Band says: This Wedding took place at the stunning Grove Hotel just outside of London. As a daytime wedding we were asked to provide a laid back lounge feel with world class entertainment. Sensation Band provided our spine tingling Chuppah accompaniment for the processions and during the wedding ceremony. Afterwards guests were treated to a lounge set with some classics including hits from Neil Diamond! We also provided a feature set with Kotts, our incredibly talented violinist who wowed guests with a spell binding set of classical music.

Review – “THE best function band around today”

We have had lots of compliments today regarding the venue, food and drink, but the one comment that stand out was “What a great party it was”
You and the band made that party! You brought the guests together and gave them what they wanted, which was to celebrate Neil & Kate’s wedding. The ceremony conducted by Rabbi David Mitchell was a very moving service not only for us but by our guests. The Chazan along with David created a wonderful atmosphere.We then moved onto the reception with wonderful canapés leading up to a fantastic set of Israeli dancing which set up the evening perfectly.
When it came to the main dancing set, the band showed why they are up there as one of the best, or probably THE best function band around today. They are slick and very professional and in the most subtle way get everybody up and dancing and enjoying themselves. Please pass on our gratitude & thanks to each and every member of the band who helped to make this wedding celebration so special for us.
Richard, you must be very proud to manage a band with such talent.
I look forward to be able to have the opportunity to use Sensation again for another Simcha.

I just want to say what a fantastic Wedding we had.
Everyone was astonished and blown away by the band! I cannot thank you enough for really making it so special for us. I could not believe how professional and how amazing their vocals were and enjoyed the bands involvement with our guests.
We had so many guests coming up to us saying that they’ve never heard anything like it, and received further phone calls were the band have been mentioned as the best highlight to the evening. I must say from first contact with your company to the last song of the night we have been so pleased.
